Returns & exchanges policy of Love Fuel
At Love Fuel, we want you to be super happy and excited about/with our apparel and items. But what if they’re not quite what you had hoped for? No worries! We’ll refund or exchange them for you, as long as they’re still unworn. And you’ve got a full 14 days to decide – so feel free to take a few days to think it over
Returns
Love Fuel has a 14 days return policy. In order to return one or multiple items, please reach out to [email protected] or through our contact page. We’re happy to discuss how you can return the items to us in order to receive a full refund. There are a few terms and conditions that apply:
- Unless you received (a) faulty, damaged, or otherwise defective item(s) from us, you will have to cover the shipping costs to return the item(s) to us.
- The items must be completely unworn, other than briefly in order to try them on or try them out. They cannot be faulty, damaged or otherwise defective, unless they were as such at the time of delivery. We do not accept liability for damages created by our end users.
- If any labels or tags were attached to the items at the time of delivery, these need to still be attached when returning the items.
- All items will be carefully inspected using the above criteria, before issuing a refund.
- Please make sure to carefully write your name and address either on the return packaging, or on a note that you send along. We just want to make sure we know who sent us what.

Please contact us before sending us your return – and always make sure to mention either on or in the shipment 1) your name, and 2) your order number.
Once we receive the items, we’ll issue a refund for the full amount, less the shipping costs. If possible, we will issue the refund using the payment method you used to pay for the items. If that isn’t possible, we’ll be in touch to facilitate the payment otherwise.
Please know we will always give it our best shot, in order to make sure you’re happy. Who know, maybe in the future, you’ll order something else from us.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange one or multiple items, for example for a different design, color, or size, please reach out to [email protected] or through our contact page. We’re happy to discuss how we can best help you — which is super important to us. The following terms and conditions apply in the case of exchanges:
- Unless you received (a) faulty, damaged, or otherwise defective item(s) from us, you will have to cover the shipping costs to return the item(s) to us.
- You will also be liable for any additional shipping costs occurred because of the exchange. If you can’t agree to these costs, you may request a refund instead (see above).
- The items must be completely unworn, other than briefly in order to try them on or try them out. They cannot be faulty, damaged or otherwise defective, unless they were as such at the time of delivery. We do not accept liability for damages created by our end users, and we hold to right not to exchange such items.
- If any labels or tags that were attached to the items at the time of delivery, these need to still be attached when returning the items.
